Operation of Enterprise in Globalization Era——from combination of head and body industries to division of them

According to the theory of micro-division of labor, this paper points out an important trend that there is a division between head and body industries in economic globalization era. We analyze the inner cause of the division between head and body industries, as well as the re-division. And then the geographical rules of these divisions are indicated. On this base, we discuss those questions: how enterprises deal with situation; how enterprises acquire competitive advantage; and how enterprises enter into the global network of division labor.
