A Study on Business Model Innovation based on Extension Transformation——Take the Innovation of Electric Vehicle as an Example

Business model innovation is the most original enterprise innovation,which is the base and security to the profitability of all enterprise innovation activities.Currently, there is a lack of effective methods and tools for business model innovation in academia and practice.Based on the literature review,this study takes the business model innovation for electric vehicle industry as an example,and constructs a processed and formalized business model innovation approach.This study not only enriches the business model theory and provides a new business model innovation approach,but also has great significance to the enrichment of extension engineering theory.
