Internet,as a highly autonomous cyberspace for information sharing,will inevitably engender many disputes.Meanwhile,it also promotes innovation and development of disputes settlement mechanism.Traditional judicial means seems very unequal to dealing with internet disputes,especially in professionalism and prescription.Therefore,we must analyze all practicable alternative settlement mechanism,instead of mainly relying on judicial means to settle internet disputes.
