STUDY ON THE UTILIZATION OF RURAL RESIDENTS' HEALTH SERVICES IN STATE LEVEL POVERTY COUNTIES OF SICHUAN

[Objective]To investigate the utilization of rural residents' health services in state level poverty countries of Sichuan,and to explore the reasonable allocation style of health resources and the center of health care by analyzing the status of poverty areas and investigating the utilization status of residents' health services,so as to provide objective basis for evaluating the effect of health services and instituting health policy.[Methods]852 country residents were collected by stratified randomly sampling,and face to face interview were performed.[Results]① Village health stations were the basic sanitary institution which could meet the demand of rurual residents' health services.② Villagers are lack of utilization of the preventive health service.③ Villagers are lack of utilization of immunization service.[Conclusion]The utilization of preventive health service and immunization service in rural residents is inadequate,and efforts should be taken to improve these health services in village health stations accordingly to advance the health service.
