Abstract

Under the new situation of constructing harmonious campus in colleges,it is very important to redefine the nature of counselors' work,enhance the service awareness,improve their quality,and build up a correct outlook on service.Counselors should teach students in accordance with individual differences,keep pace with the times,make the content of service meet the requirements of students' development,adopt socialized and various methods of service,and build up the service concept of devotion,equality,responsibility and self-improvement.
