The Construction of the Pattern of Talents Training in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract

At present,the pattern nof talents training in higher vocational education is still following the pattern in higher general education,which is short of united knowledge in the construction of students' knowledge,ability and quality.In order to perfect the pattern of talents training in higher vocational education we should begin with the analysis on current patterns in internal and external countries,make new knowledge on the characteristics of talents training in higher vocational education,and then construct the talents' structure of knowledge,ability and quality.
