On the Spirit Damage Compensation in the National Compensation

Abstract

Spirit damage is an important constituent in the national system.However,China law doesn't stipulate the damage system and doesn't use the conception of spirit damage compensation explicitly either.These are harmful to fully safeguard relative person's legitimate rights and interests and promote the government to exercise its authority legally.It's urgent to stipulate the damage in the national system.
