Abstract
The HPLC method of determining the content of Sodium Cyclamate, Benzaocacid and Sorbacacid in food is discussed in this article. The accuracy and precision of this method are Satisfactory. And the simple operation and short analysing cycle make it distinctive. The minimum consistency determined is : Sodium Cyclamate 0.05mg/ml, Benzaocacid 0.005mg/ml, Sorbacacid 0.005 mg/ml.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
