Analyzing the Relation Between Industrial Investment Structure and Industrial Structure

The industrial structure is decided by industrial investment structure and its adjustment and upgrading relies on the optimization of industrial investment structure; thus, they restrict and influence each other. Currently, the separation between adjustment of industrial structure and investment structure lies in economic management system. The article suggests that the committee of economic trade, the finance bureau and the development planning commission should cooperate mutually, establishing an interrelated system of industrial structure and investment structure, to realize the target of adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.
