Research on the Action Mechanism of Influence Factors for Industrial Structure Upgrading

Firstly,the paper analyzes action mechanism of the human capital,the social demand,FDI,the industrial policy,the fixed assets investment,the urbanization and infrastructure for industrial structure upgrading,then,uses the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2011 to build the model,to analyze the influence of every factor on Chinese industrial structure upgrading. The results indicate that: at national level,sorts in turn to the industrial structure upgrading influence are the transportation infrastructure,the technological innovation,the foreign direct investment,the fixed assets investment and the human capital; at regional level,there is some difference on promoting the industrial structure upgrading. In order to promote the industrial structure upgrading,government should pay great attention to encouraging and supporting the technological innovation,continue to encourage each province to attract FDI,perfect transportation infrastructure,clear the restriction factor in each region of China and adopt the variation policy to support industrial structure upgrading.
