Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of Kwoninone on rat hepatic stellate cell(HSC) morphology .Methods:The growth of rat hepatic stellate cell was measured by photograph and immunocytochemistry.Result: Kwoninone significantly inhibited rat HSC proliferation and growth. Conclusion: Kwoninone has anti-hepatic fibrosis effect by inhibiting HSC proliferation and growth.
