Abstract
To study the structural features of SAP gene,the conserved primers were designed on the GenBank published SAP pig conservative gene sequences,the experimental materials were Guangxi Bama miniature pig blood.A cDNA fragment of SAP gene was obtained through RT-PCR amplification,ligation,transformation,sequencing and analysis.The results showed that was the length of the cDNA fragment was 928 bp base sequences.The sequence analysis showed that the homology of SAP genes from Bama mini pig were 99.1%,76.9% respectively with common pigs and humans.Compared with the pigs,the first 537 bp at base changed from G into A,but amino acids did not change,it belonged to synonymous mutations.It indicated that SAP gene in higher mammals is relative conservative.It may lay a foundation and further build Bama mini pig model of SAP for gene-related diseases.
