Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation between changes of serum IL-2,IL-8,TNF-α,IFN-g and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of aplastic anemia(AA) patients and disease severity.Methods:40 AA patients were selected by enzyme linked immunosorbent method(ELISA) screening in our hospital, including 20 acute patients(AAA) and 20 chronic(CAA) patients.Another 20 healthy people were randomly selected.Changes of serum IL-2,IL-8,TNF-α,IFN-g and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of the 60 cases were monitored and compared. Results:In the AA group, detection results of each cell factor CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ of AAA patients fluctuated greater than that of CAA patients. The serum levels of IL-2,IL-8,TNF-α,IFN-g of AA patients was obviously higher than the average levels of health persons. The levels of CD4+,CD4+ /CD8+ of AA patients were significantly lower than the average levels of health persons. But the changes of CD3+ the difference had no statistical significance.CD8+ levels of AA patients were significantly higher than those in the control group, with was statistical difference,P0.05.Conclusion:Patients with aplastic anemia had cellular immune function obstacle and humoral immunity mechanism anomaly as well, and the changing regulations were positively correlated with the severity and acute degree of disease.
