Abstract
[Objective]To study the effects of wolfberry polysaccharides and fungus polysaccharides on blood lipid levels in mice. [Method]72healthy Kunming mice( 7 weeks old) were divided into six groups randomly, namely the control group,high-fat group, high fat + high concentration wolfberry polysaccharide group( 50 mg /( kg·d)),fat + low concentration wolfberry polysaccharide group( 25 mg /( kg·d)),fat +high concentration fungus polysaccharide group( 100 mg /( kg·d)),fat + low concentration fungus polysaccharide group( 50 mg /( kg·d)).The serum lipids were measured 4 weeks after the mice fed with different doses of polysaccharide. [Result]Wolfberry polysaccharides and fungus polysaccharides were able to significantly reduce serum LDL,TG and TC levels and increased HDL levels of the fat mouse( P 0. 05). [Conclusion] The group with wolfberry polysaccharides and fungus polysaccharides may be considered to be beneficial to serum lipid level, and it was suggested that the high wolfberry polysaccharides and fungus polysaccharides diet affect more favorably on cardiovascular disease.
