Abstract
In this paper, sorghum seeds were cultured with sterilized and non-sterilized soil from different locations and different depth at 25℃,30℃,35℃ and 40℃.The process of the germination rate of sorghum seeds, germination potential and germination index were determined. The results showed that 35℃ was the most appropriate temperature for sorghum seed germination.Rhizosphere microorganisms improved the germination rate of sorghum seeds, germination potential and germination index.
