Abstract
This experimert was to investigate the effect of rhizosphere microorganisms on germination, germination rate and germination vigor of Chinese cabbage seeds under different temperature and light. The results showed that the optimal temperature was 25~30℃ for germination of corn seeds in different soil samples.Rhizosphere microorganisms were in favor of germination rate and germination vigor.Darkness was in favor that rhizosphere microorganisms promote the germination of Chinese cabbage seeds.
