The Exploration and Practice of Localized Management of Community Health Service

Objective To explore a new way in community health service management,emdody the public welfare and ensure the community resident's health through the practice of the localized management for community health service.Methods Local management organizations and agencies of community health service were established,the related rules and regulations were formulated,procedures and responsibility for the localized management were operated,the performance with third-party evaluation was estimated and the firewood fulfil was linked up with the evaluation.Results Community health service localization was a new exploring administration mechanism to optimizes the community health service operational mechanism and the distribution of public health resouses under the new situation.The implementation of localized management had certain benefits.Community health physician had a platform to enter the community,the meaning of work for community workers to serving the people would be riched,the policies of government to improve livelihood of the people could be carried out and come true.Moreover,it had a varying degree promotion in the aspect of community responsibility team management,not only advanced the service quality,but also promoted harmonious in the physician-patient relationship.Conclusion Localized management of community health service was necessary to be popularized.
