Abstract

A nuclease P1-yielded strain Penicillium citrinum was used as initial strain and mutated by induction of microwave, and a high-yield strain SL5 was bred,Under suitable conditions, its nuclease P1 activity increased by 84.00% from 667.50 U/ml to1228.20 U/ml.Submerged culture showed that the hereditary character of the high-yield mutant SL5 was stable.
