Mutating of a Penicillium citrinum strain with high capacity of producing nuclease P1

Abstract
The strain 050421-A is obtained through UV mutation of a Penicillium citrinum strain producing nuclease P1(050421),which is used as the starting strain.The enzyme activity of 050421-A increased by 68.1%.Then the strain 050421-A-AB which is stable is obtained through LiCl mutation of 050421-A,the enzyme activity of which increased by 40.05% than strain 050421-A and by 138.88% than strain 050421.
