Abstract
Carboxylic-terminated polyethylene glycol was synthesized from polyethylene glycol and maleic anhydride. The optimum conditions were:molar ratio of polyethylene glycol to maleic anhydride was 1: 2. 8,the reaction time was 6 h,and the reaction temperature was 170℃.
