Abstract

Pre-treatment methods for residue determination of phoxim in fruits from NY/T 761-2004, GB/T 5009.102-2003, SN 0209-1993 and Methods for Determination of Agricultural Chemical Residue in Foods (Japan) were compared. From which a new pre-treatment method with high recovery (from 88.8 to 106.0%) and good stability (the coefficientof variation of recovery was only 1.85 to 4.50%) was developed. The new method can considerably meet require ofresidue analysis of phoxim in fruits.
