Detection on Phoxim Residues in Vegetable by Liquid Chromatography

Abstract

A method for determination Phoxim residue in tomato was studied with Agilent 1100 Liquid chromatography with VWD detection.The results showed that the recovery rate of Phoxim was between 82.0% and 97.6%,the coefficient of variation was less than 5.62%.The results of this test had met the requirement of national method of pesticide residue analysis.The method is simple,feasible and reliable.
