Analysis on Architecture Carrier Environment of the Traditional Hakka Residential Houses in Meizhou From Geography View

Based on the method of demonstration and application analysis,the paper analyzes the traditional style and architecture characteristics of traditional Hakka residential houses in Meizhou.The research shows that: there are many forms of the traditional Hakka residential houses,preserving the architecture characteristics of traditional style,practical value and art.The traditional Hakka residential architectures in Meizhou have relationship of carrier environment with the socio-historical background and the regional natural environment.The carrier environment of traditional Hakka residential architecture in Meizhou has rooted in regional natural environment,social and historical environment and traditional Chinese culture.The material basis of architectural forms is the difference between the natural geographical environments,and traditional Hakka residential architecture in Meizhou is the interaction of natural geographical environment and social and human environment carrier which forms motives of Meizhou Hakka cultural landscape.
