Abstract

Zhuang Zi's philosophy of life is mainly intended to accomplish the surpass from the necessity factor(destiny) and achieve the absolute freedom (free and unfettered).He generalized the predicaments such as the life and death,the current situation and the emotion and desire in one's life as an inexorable category-destiny.As a pioneer of free and unfettered philosophy,he found three ways of surpassing the predicaments of life and achieving the freedom of spirit:be content with the destiny;uniform all things;embody Tao.
