Abstract
Zhuang Zi's philosophy sets out to transcend the plight and achieve freedom. He considered personal freedom as people's ultimate value or ultimate goal, and the essence of Zhuang Zi's thought lies in his seeking the free state of spirit. In order to lead people to be absolutely free and unfettered spiritually, ZhuangZi's philosophy of freedom of life is composed of the theory of Anming——the basis, the theory of Qiwu——the bridge between the start and end-result and the theory of Tidao-the way to the highest spiritual state.
