The effect observation of milrinone injection therapy for heart failure in the aged with chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective To observe the effect of milrinone injection on heart failure in the aged with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 78 cases patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(38 cases).Two groups patients were given comprehensive treatment after admission.On this basis,treatment group were given the first dose of milrinone 50μg/kg slowly intravenous injection of 10min,and then to 0.5μg·kg-1·min-1 rate intravenous infusion 4h,one time a day,7d was a course of treatment;Control group on the basis of the combined treatment with dobutamine 20~40mg+5% glucose injection 250ml,to 2.5μg·kg-1·min-1 of rate intravenous infusion,one time a day,7d was a course of treatment.After treatment,compared clinical efficacy,HR,partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2) and adverse reaction of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(97.5%) was higher than that of control group(71.1%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).After treatment,HR,PaO2 and PaCO2 of two groups improved(P0.01),HR,PaO2 and PaCO2 of treatment group were better than those of control group(P0.05).During treatment,there were no serious adverse reaction.Conclusion Milrinone injection on heart failure in the aged with chronic pulmonary heart disease has a nice effect,no significant adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
