Nursing of intraoperative cavity after the functional endoscopic sinus surgery

Abstract

Objective To explore the ways for nursing intraoperative cavity after nasal en-doscopic surgery about chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods To observe the patients′bleed-ing in intraoperative cavity and the degree of pain;pay attention to the important nursing of intraop-erative cavity: applying the drugs and washing of the nasal cavity,to prevent adhesion in intraopera-tive cavity.Results After follow-up 6 to 18 months,postoperative complications do not happen in 104 cases of endoscopic nasal sinus surgery.Conclusion For the patient who has been applied with nasal endoscopic sinus surgery,positive,perfect and continuous nursing care is very important since it can increase the operation effect and reduce the recurrence too.
