Abstract
The project management model is a critical success factor of engineering project. The paper firstly discusses the deficiencies of traditional engineering management models, and then introduces partnering which is recently used in construction industry in developed countries and areas. Then this paper analyzes in detail the concept of partnering, the organized construction and the work procedure of partnering, the main content of partnering.
