Abstract
Partnering has become the mutual cry of the owner and the contractor in the construction industry. A partnering workshop was held for all the members of the project team to jointly develop a partnering charter. Partnering requires that all the team members participate in the needed effort. Partnering offers many advantages to both the contractors and owners.
