Abstract
Being a sort of new principle micro motor in the frontier of science,the ultrasonic motor is quite different from the electromagnetic motor.In this paper, the principle of the elliptic motion of the motor is discussed.In addition,the traveling wave linear motors and the standing wave linear motors are compared and studied.This provides theoretical reference for ultrasonic motor design.
