Abstract

The working principle,basic structure and basic equation to the spherical ultrasonic motor are discussed in the paper.Based on this,the structure,working principle and fixation of the traveling wave ultrasonic motor are researched.The results of imitation and experiment indicate that the suggestion is feasible.
