Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical application of 64-slice spiral computer tomography in coronary artery. Methods: 230 patients with coronary heart disease were performed 64-slices spiral CT in coronary artery. Results: 64-slice spiral CT in coronary artery had a sensitivity of 92.5%,specificity of 96.3% in detecting of significant stenoses meeting in comparison with coronary angiography. Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT in coronary artery has a good diagnostic accuracy in detecting of significant stenoses meeting the diagnostic value for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
