Abstract
In order to analyze the influence of aerobic exercise under fixed load intensity on car- diorespiratory function of college students, this paper made testing and analysis on some cardiorespira- tory functions index before and after the anaerobic threshold intensity training of aerobic exercise majors for one year with the help of Germany-made cardiorespiratory function apparatus of type Cortex 3B.The result shows that under anaerobic threshold intensity, aerobic exercise can significant- ly improve the student's cardiorespiratory functions index such as heart rate,MW (maximum vital ventilation),maximum ventilating O2,oxygen pulse, blood pressure and so on.Therefore,it con- cludes that aerobic exercise under suitable load intensity can improve the students' cardiorespiratory functions.
