Abstract

Objective: To explore influence of aerobic exercise on college students'cardiorespiratory function. Methods:Choosed our school freshman 56 people and did 3 months'aerobic exercise, everyday 1 times. Each time before and after the experiment 30min,the heart pumps blood function and lung ventilation function were analyzed. Results:After three months'aerobic exercise, subjects pulmonary function improved obviously, every points maximum volume(MVV)were significantly increased, vital capacity were statistically significant difference(P0.01);Every cardiac output and ejection fraction, heart rate increased obviously prior to the slow, the differences had statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion:Aerobic exercise can improve the students'lung and heart function.
