Abstract
Deflation is one of the factor that affects the trend of economic development.Beginning from the analysis of price changes over recent years,the paper explains various factors that affects price trend,such as consumption demand,investment,export,etc.the paper also studies deflation and inflation,and makes proposals on dealing with the issue of deflation.
