The Goal of RTVU Education and the Forming of the Net Work Environment

Abstract

Under the new situation of fast development of distance education in China, RTVU must set clearly it's goal of education, carry out teaching innovation, cultivate application capability of the students, establish scientific quality estimation system, and form its education mode with special features. We must actively construct the RTVU education institutes at central, provincial and county levels each with its own special functions and features, thus to formatting the net work environment for RTVU distance education.
