Clinical application of retrograde tension suture of abdomen

Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcomes of retrograde tension suture of abdomen.Methods:The clinical material of 152 cases were reviewed.Among them,79 cases received retrograde tension suture,73 cases received routing tension suture.Results:The suturing time of the two groups was mostly the same,and there were no wound dehiscence in both groups.In the routing tension suture group,the operator was stabbed twice,and a patient's abdomen hypodermic fat became liquefaction and its skin partly became putrescence for the pressure of the rubber tube of the tension suture.The retrograde tension suture did not have any side-damnification.The retrograde tension suture is much safer,and can decrease the chances of the side-damnification brought to the operators and patients obviously.Conclusion:The retrograde tension suture of abdomen can protect both the operators and patients very well.It is more simply and more practical.
