Efficacy of Xiyanping Injection and Vit.K3 in the Treatment of Autumnal Infantile Diarrhea

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiyanping injection and Vit.K3 in the treatment of autumnal infantile diarrhea. Methods 89 patients with autumnal infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group (n=45) who were given Xiyanping injection and Vit.K3,and control group who were given ribavirin injection,both for five days. Results The total effective rate (93.3%) in treatment group was more than that (65.9%) in control group (χ2=10.25,P0.01). Conclusion It is effective that patients with autumnal infantile diarrhea are treated by Xiyanping injection and Vit.K3.
