High Performance Liquid Chromatography Determination of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetite and the Triamcinolone Acetonide in Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetite Solution

Abstract

Objective To establish an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetite and triamcinolone acetonide in triamcinolone acetonide acetite solution.Methods The sample,containing triamcinolone acetonide acetite and triamcinolone acetonide,was separated on Agilent ZORBAXSB-C18 column,with a mobile phase consisting of methanol,water (68:32) at a velocity of 1.0 ml/min and a detection wavelength of 240 nm.Results Within the range of 0.1-100 mg/L of triamcinolone acetonide acetite and triamcinolone acetonide the calibration curve was linear.Conclusion The method is very accurate,reliable,stable,reproducible and can be used as a quality standard for determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetite solution.
