Abstract
For reducing the NO_x emissions of engine, the author devised a set of new EGR system with venturi pipe on type YC6105ZLQ turbocharged and inter-cooled engine. The effects of different EGR rate on the performances and the(emissions) of engine were researched by engine tests, and the EGR rates of different engine modes were optimized according to the test results. The dynamometer tests have shown that with the help of the EGR control system, the NO_x emissions of engine were reduced by 17.26%,and the ideal effects were received.
