Pemetrexed Disodium?for Injection combined with Cisplatin treatment of Non small-cell carcinoma

Objective:To discuss pemetrexed disodium for Injection combined with cisplatin treatment of non small- cell carcinoma.Methods:Will be our hospital' s Non- small- cell carcinoma patients with 46 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group(n = 23),treatment group was given pemetrexed disodium for injection combined with cisplatin treatment,control group given gemcitabine combined cisplatin treatment,compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results:Treatment group total effective rate was 72.7%,control group total effective rate was 56.5%,two groups statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion:Pemetrexed disodium for injection combined with cisplatin treatment of non small- cell carcinoma had good curative effect,side effect was small,low toxicity,in patients with easy to tolerate,should be worth promoting.
