Monomers and additives in plastic food packaging materials and its detection technologies

In recent years,more and more concern about food safety,the security of food packaging materials was closely related to food safety.In this paper,based on the relevant literatures which were published in domestic and foreign periodicals recently in the field of plastic food packaging materials,three aspects were analyzed and summarized:The common residual monomers,degradation products,additives and harmfulness in plastic food packaging materials.The sanitation standards of domestic and foreign food plastic packaging materials.The detections of common harmful substances in plastic food packaging materials.So as to provide some references to research in related areas.
