Study on Safety of Plastic Packaging Materials for Food

With the continuing rapid development of China's economy and improving living standard of people,there is growing emphasis on food safety and sanitation. Food packaging,as an important component of food,its safety and health is received wide attention. The plastic packaging materials and their characteristics,major food safety issues of plastic packaging materials,as well as the testing standards and methods of plastic packaging materials,and the effect of plastic packaging materials on food safety are discussed.
