Abstract

Harmonious socialist society is the peaceful, tolerant, open and fair one. Social equity is basis for harmonious society. It is quite necessary to realize social equality for the construction of a harmonious society. At present the un equality in China society is the main factor of hindering the construction of harmonious society. Equal application of law, elimination of legal discrimination and prohibition of social discrimination by law is the guarantee for the construction of harmonious society.
