The Study of Career Counseling for Chinese University Students

Career education for university students starts early and has formed its own characteristics in some developed countries.Meanwhile,the theory and practice on career development and counseling in China is not mature enough.Only through comparing with and learning from the experiences of foreign universities and enhancing the career counseling for Chinese university students,can we provide our Chinese university students a guide for an objective and correct self-plan and a full realization of self-value.China should strengthen career counseling for university students comprehensively in several ways like reinforcing the government's attention and legislation,improving institutions and strengthening functions,cultivating teachers professionally,educating students with different levels and in various forms,emphasizing practice and formulating systems,etc..
