University students’ career planning is the demand of the development of our times as well as the need of their accomplishment. There are many current researches on career instruction which focus on the foreign of career instruction theories or the conclusions of the internal relatively practices. However, in the recent years, more and more scholars have emphasized the introductions of career developing theories and the practice in education. Grouping counseling, as a effective measure, has the significant effect on the increasing values of self-cognition and establishing a long-term planning. Specially, group counseling can ensure university student’s career planning.
