Lateral external drainage and urokinase dissolved in the treatment of clinical observation of 211 patients with intraventricular hemorrhage

Objective:To investigate the lateral ventricle puncture,drainage and treatment of combined urokinase dissolved in the treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods:The hospital from May 2001 to May 2010 were treated by lateral puncture,drainage and urokinase dissolved combined treatment(observation group) and 211 cases of intraventricular hemorrhage were treated conservatively with the same period(control group) 103 patients comparison.Results:The observation group survival rate was 90.53%,the mortality rate was 9.48%;control group survival rate was 60.19 percent,39.81 percent mortality rate,survival and mortality between the two groups were significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion:The lateral ventricle puncture,drainage and treatment of combined urokinase dissolvedintraventricular hemorrhage survival high,is worthy to be popularized.
