Abstract
Objective To explore the observation point of urokinase perfusion drainage in treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods 58 cases of intraventricular hemorrhage patients were divided randomly into group A and group B, 28 cases in group A and 30 cases in group B. All patients were closed tube after urokinase perfusion, opening the drainage tube after 2 hours in the group A, then 4 hours in the group B. The character and color of drainage, the time of closing tube and state of illness were observed in the two groups. Results The difference in the hemorrhage site, ages and symptoms were no significant in two groups. Then the difference was significant in the time of closing tube and absorption time of hemorrhage with X 2 test, the closing tube 4 hours was better than 2 hours (P0.05). Conclusions The urokinase perfusion drainage can shorten the time of clearance of intraventricular hematoma and the state of illness, reduce the occurrence of complication, and improve the early recovery and life quality of patients.
