Chinese Traditional Culture in Architecture

China has a long history and its architecture culture is of long standing. This paper discusses the characteristics of Chinese architecture from such aspects as the fashion of its simplicity,the tendency of its pursuit of the qualities of science and nature,the relationship between its form and function, and its expression of realistic style and surrealistic style.The present author aims to put forward some new ideas for the development of Chinese industrial designing industry on the basis of a profound study of the valuable thoughts of ancient Chinese architects.
