Analysis of the ecological concept of the Chinese traditional architecture design

The Chinese traditional culture involves a strong sense of ecology. The two mainstreams of the culture - Confucianism and Taoism, have their original ideas about the architectural econogy which have been guiding the development of Chinese traditional architecture. lt will be helpful to us to keep the artificial design in harmony with nature by analyzing the materials used in Chinese traditional buildings and their characteristics, and also gain some enlightenment for the culture development at present and in the future.
